I got to marry the man of my dreams on the perfect fall day. Gorgeous weather & sunset. Couldn’t be happier!

Incredible. The dress flattered my figure in all the right places.

I married my best friend in September 2023 at a country house in south-east England. There was so much love and joy and celebrating with all our loved ones will be a memory I will cherish forever.

The side slit looked so good and flattering!

How did you feel in your wedding dress?

I felt in love with this dress when I first saw it on the website and I just knew it was the one!

What was your favorite feature?

I was looking for a dress that had draping but still showed off my form. I truly struggled to find something with no lace, cream satin but still full of character! This was that dress in every way. This was the perfect blend of timeless and sexy with the leg slit. I chose the corset back for comfort and even though my sizing fluctuated from when I purchased to my wedding day, it was still a perfect fit.

How did you feel in your wedding dress?

I felt SO beautiful in this dress. It was everything I had dreamt of at a really affordable price point.

It was the perfect weekend surrounded by the best people I know. We both grew up together in Orlando, FL so we knew we wanted to marry there. But we wanted to get married somewhere with character and history so we found Howey Mansion. It was the perfect location to host the best day of our lives. The train and huge slit and then meeting the designers at LAX on a red eye back to Philly!!!

Small wedding in downtown Philadelphia - live band, hours of food. Right on the water near the art museum

What was your favorite feature?

I loved the satin sheen of the fabric under flash and candlelight!

How did you feel in your wedding dress?

It was comfortable, secure, and I felt so beautiful! I didn’t have to pull up the dress throughout the night at all and the skirt flowed beautifully with movement.

Tell us a little about your wedding day.

We got married in Washington, DC, where we live and where we fell in love. Our ceremony took place at our synagogue and our reception was at the Woodend Sanctuary and Mansion. The Woodend Sanctuary is the home of the National Audubon Society, which is a cause we care deeply about. We incorporated marigolds, our favorite flower to plant in our garden, into our wedding flowers.
